We are proud to announce that our web service has delivered 100% uptime since it went live in June 2008. At first we ran a beta and in October 2008 started to actively promote our address finder web service after an official launch at the eCommerce Expo.

Since 30 October 2008, we have had our web service monitored independently by ServerStatus.co.uk, and the results are available on a public report page.

We understand that it is nearly impossible to maintain a perfect 100% uptime on the internet, but think that our record so far (verified by a 3rd party) shows that we are serious about keeping our infrastructure up and running at all times.
