We are pleased to announce that all our addressing products now include UDPRN data as standard.

The Unique Delivery Point Reference Number, or UDPRN, is a 8 character code that uniquely identifies each postal address of the Royal Mail PAF data base.

It allows to identify an individual delivery point even if the postal address details change. As part of the normal maintenance of the PAF, data address details may change over time - spelling errors are fixed, company names can change, postcodes are modified, etc.

The UDPRN allows to keep a constant reference that remains uniquely tied to the physical delivery point regardless of any changes in the address.
