Hosted solution Using our hosted web service means less work for your IT department. We take care of updates and maintenance.	Fast response times We have tuned our system to give excellent performance. For example, we run on a multicast DNS network (the same system as Twitter).

We use 3rd party monitoring to audit our uptime record. Our Twitter page will be used for updates in the event of downtime.
